Used, as-is.  In overall good condition.  We do not know if the grip part of the handle has a different curve from the stem, or if that is a bend in the handle.  It feels normal when held.  See attached pictures.  Ruler in pictures is not included in sale.

I know that these are relatively inexpensive souvenirs of the Spanish-American War history of Admiral/Commodore Dewey and the Olympia in Manila Bay Philippines, but I thought it was pretty cool nonetheless and picked it up.
