I believe this cluster is correct for a 1935 or 1936 Packard.

I am often wrong, so please verify.

Poor to Fair Cosmetic Condition.  

Water Temperature lead is clipped (non-functional)

Fuel Gauge tested functional.

Lens & Bezel were removed (and reinstalled) for cleaning.
