Here we have a SUPERB mid century modern Pottery wall tile plaque. I purchased this from an antiques market whilst away in Brussels recently and I absolutely LOVE it. I could quite easily keep this one for myself, if I had the space I certainly would. I adore the abstract design and vibrant multicoloured glazed shapes. The contrast with the more matt background makes it really pop. Unknown origin, I would have guessed Italian given its style but could be Belgian given where it was purchased - but then again it could be neither. Either way it's a beauty in its own right, wherever it's from. I love everything about it, down to the wall hanger which is artistically formed in the shape of a person! This would date to around the 1960's and it measures approximately 14 inches by 8 inches, weighing just under 1.75kg's! This is PERFECT for the lover of Mid century modern or abstract art. This of course is the only one on eBay so get it while you can! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
