Toddler Nele, pronounced Nee-La, is 24 inches and 5 pounds 8 ounces. She's a slender toddler. She has full limbs. Her hair is rooted and sealed mohair in a typical toddler's wispy hair. Her lashes are applied. I painted her with Genesis paints giving her age appropriate mottling. She also has veins and blushing. The last coat was a heat set protective varnish. She's weighted with triple bagged fine glass beads and tiny steel beads in her torso.i dressed her in the new outfits shown. She wears size 0-3 months.
