Cleaned, hair washed/conditioned and just brushed out.  The doll features blue eyes and beautiful hip length blonde hair, and is made of plastic material with articulated knees.  Measuring at 11.5 inches tall in size, this fashion doll is an original and licensed doll from the Mattel product line.  Neck back marked  c/Mattel 1998 and lower back marked c/1999 Mattel - Made in China.  She's in very nice condition.
