1981 Royal Mail GB Christmas Set of 5 Mint Stamps MNH

These five stamps were issued as the annual Royal Mail Christmas stamps for 1981.

The designs are entitled:

Father Christmas (11½p)

Jesus Christ (14p)

Flying Angel(18p)

Joseph and Mary arriving at Bethlehem (22p)

Three Kings approaching Bethlehem (25p)

The stamps were designed by Children from a Blue Peter competition and issued by the British Post Office on 18th November 1981.

The issue was printed by Harrison & Sons at their High Wycombe security factory, who have been printing British Stamps since 1910.
