Larger items such as printers, photocopiers and job lot items are sometimes delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift, if your building has any access issues such as narrow entrances or lanes, you must inform us immediately after purchase.

We do not dispatch items without a full postal address and preferably (but not essentially) a contact telephone number to assist with delivery.  If this information is not supplied when making payment, we will contact you via Ebay message function to request any missing information. This may delay the dispatch of your item so please ensure you provide any missing details as quickly as possible.
