British electronic dance band Basement Jaxx officially began in 1994, THIRTY years ago. It's a duo, consisting of Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe. These guys were associated with electronic music stars like Goldie and Daft Punk, so you know they were in good company! Basement Jaxx released their first full length debut album TWENTY FIVE years ago, in 1999, and titled it 'Remedy'. In 2001, Basement Jaxx released their second studio album, titled 'Rooty'. That record features 'Snowflake' on the cover. (Snowflake was the world's only known albino gorilla, and died in Barcelona in 2003.)

Basement Jaxx hasn't released any new music since 2014's album 'Junto', but Felix and Simon have stayed busy through the years producing and remixing other artists. In today's great deal, we feature Basement Jaxx, and a 'Rooty' (and Snowflake) 12" picture disc, the 'Remedy' full length CD, and an awesome CD maxi-single of the bangin' track "Where's Your Head At", (the big hit from 'Rooty')!

The 'Rooty' album was released on two vinyl picture discs. The first pic disc takes the artwork from the album's cover, which is Snowflake munching on some leaves. (The second pic disc, which is Snowflake with different background colors, is not available in this deal.) The vinyl itself has lots of surface marks on it, and is not recommended to play. (You can, but these marks may drastically affect the sound.) The 'Remedy' CD looks great, and has only a couple of very light surface marks on it. Nothing bad, hardly noticeable, and won't affect play, at all. The CD maxi-single has FIVE mixes of "Where's Your Head At", TWO mixes of the track "Jus 1 Kiss", plus the extra songs "Twilite" and the acoustic version of "Romeo"! CD maxi-single disc is shiny and clean, and looks new. Case looking great, as well.
