Beautiful jumbo roadhouse Kay 152 archtop electric with a rare functioning Kanti-Lever truss system.

Solid spruce top with solid maple back and sides.

The K152s are scarce at best and this girl still sounds great as well.

Neck is arrow straight and the giant pearl blocks are a nice touch.

Frets leveled polished and re-crowned.

Neck has been reset and she plays clean up and down the fretboard.

Wiring is new with fresh pots and capacitor, no buzz or hum.

As an acoustic she is great, the 17" jumbo body comes through nicely with warm clear highs/mids and full lower tones..

The humbucker gives her all she needs to light up the stage.

From smooth clear jazz notes to cranked up blues she is a joy to play.

There are dings and a bit of delamination around the edges and a bit of buckle rash but she is solid as a rock.

All the binding is intact no cracks or loose bracing, she's good to go for another 75 years..

She's not going to win any beauty contests but this girl can still kick it out.

She's a gem, an everyday player.
