Shimano Ultegra C14+ 14000 XTB Fishing Reel. Weighs 20.3 ounces as shown. Reel is in excellent working order. Cosmetically it does have some minor scratches and the finish on the handle is mostly worn off but the reel is as smooth as it was when I bought it. Recently serviced. Comes with 2 extra spools, one of which is spooled with 30 lb. mono. The other 2 just have some mono backing. One of the spools has some scratches on the spool lip but they are smooth and not a worry. The other 2 spools are in very good condition. Also comes with spacers for the spools so you don't need to put as much line on as needed to fill it as they do hold a lot of line, over 500 yds. of 50 lb. power pro. Handle is reversible for right or left handers. This is a long cast reel with slow oscillation, which enables the long casting feature. This reel was not sold in the US. I bought it new and had it shipped from Australia. Used it for Striper fishing on the Cape Cod canal and also for bait fishing the beaches in NJ. It has a feature similar to baitrunners so is a good bait fishing reel as well as casting large lures. It has a manual bail pickup which is very stable and has never flipped closed on me while casting. Shipping to continental US only.
