CJE series micro magnetic yoke flaw detector has AC, DC, AC and DC dual-purpose magnetic particle flaw detector. The DC power supply is rechargeable battery, which is suitable for field operation without power supply and field operation of containers, Bridges and pipelines that cannot be entered by high voltage. The continuous working time of a single charge can reach more than 6 hours. Ac power supply adopts ~220V power supply for direct input, no need for other instruments, easy to operate, simple, light weight, easy to carry, so the instrument has been widely used.

Use:

1.Connect the plug of the probe wire with the battery plug. When the red light on the plug of the probe wire is on, the battery will supply power to the probe.

2.During flaw detection, place the probe joint open surface on the workpiece to be inspected and maintain good contact.

3.Press the probe switch and spray the magnetic powder or suspension to the tested area at the same time, and hold it for 2~3s.

4.Loosen the probe switch, remove the probe, and observe the workpiece.

5.Move the probe to another inspection area and repeat 3 or 4 steps.

Maintenance and precautions:

1. When charging the charger, each charging time shall not exceed 15 hours. After charging, the charger plug and battery plug shall be removed to avoid power backflow.

2. Battery voltage, as soon as possible to charge, to protect the battery has a good electrical storage performance.

3. When the instrument is not used for a long time, should be every 2-3 months to charge the battery, so as not to affect the battery life and continuous working time.

4. When the probe is working, the power on time is generally 2-3 seconds, the longest time is no more than 5 seconds, and the interval time is 3-5 seconds.

5. Magnetic suspension when using water agent, should add an appropriate amount of anti-rust agent.

6. Before using the probe, add an appropriate amount of oil to lubricate the movable joint. Wipe off the water, oil and magnetic powder on the probe and movable joint and apply anti-rust oil.

7. When using ac flaw detection, the power supply must be in line with the indicated power supply of the instrument and well grounded.

8. During use, the movement of the probe should be carried out under the release of the probe switch, so as to avoid open circuit and cause heating of the instrument.

9. If the fault detector is powered up for a long time and has obvious fever, it should be put into use after proper rest.

10. Do not blindly use, do not close to the high temperature, high humidity. Do not work in the rain. Do not spray the magnetic suspension onto the switch and plug socket.
