Israeli paraphilately/revenues stamps: 'Commercial Aviation' undocumented 2.50 Lira denominated tax stamp ('Agrat Nosea' / ���� ����), with dark blue legend & black printed value & serial number; no gum; with 'running stag' watermark of the Israeli postal authority.
