  • Beschreibung: Fein gezeichnete Architekturdarstellung mit Blick auf die Seineseitige Fassade des Pariser Rathauses. Zeigt das neurenaissancezeitliche Regierungsgebäude von 1882 in seiner städtebaulichen Situation. Im Vordergrund befindet sich die Hängebrücke "Pont d?Arcole", die vor dem Bau der heutigen Eisenbrücke ab 1854 die beiden Ufer der Seine verband.

  • Zustand: Guter Zustand. Auf dem gesamten Blatt sind leichte Stockflecken sichtbar. In den Blattecken sind Wellungen durch die rückseitige Befestigung mit Flüssigkleber erkennbar. Das Trägerblatt weist Verfärbungen auf und trägt an seiner Oberkante die Spuren einer ehemaligen Buchbindung.

  • Description: Finely drawn architectural depiction with a view of the Seine-side façade of the Paris City Hall. Showing the neo-Renaissance government building of 1882 in its urban situation. In the foreground is the suspension bridge "Pont d'Arcole", which connected the two banks of the Seine before the construction of the present iron bridge from 1854.

  • Condition: Good condition. Light foxing is visible on the entire sheet. Waviness is visible in the corners of the sheet due to attachment with liquid glue on the reverse. The backing sheet shows discolouration and bears the traces of a former book binding at its upper edge.
