  • Beschreibung: Gelungenes Landschaftsbild in einer Marschlandschaft, vermutlich in Norddeutschland oder den Niederlanden. Der Künstler setzt gekonnt die Segel in der Ferne fahrender Schiffe sowie die hoch aufragenden Windmühlen ein, um die flache Landschaft zu beleben.

  • Zustand: Guter Zustand. Das Blatt ist altersbedingt geringfügig verfärbt und insbesondere auf dem Blattrand stellenweise fleckig. Oben rechts durch Druckstellen im Papier beschädigt. Die Blattecken sind geringfügig bestoßen.

  • Description: Successful landscape painting in a marshland, probably in northern Germany or the Netherlands. The artist skilfully uses the sails of ships sailing in the distance as well as the towering windmills to enliven the flat landscape.

  • Size: Paper: 19.4 cm x 24.9 cm (7.6 x 9.8 in)

  • Condition: Good condition. The sheet is slightly discoloured due to its age and spotted in places, especially on the margin. Damaged by pressure marks in the paper at the upper right. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped.
