Depiction shows portraits of Denis Diderot (1713 Langres - 1784 Paris, writer and philosopher), Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749 Frankfurt am Main - 1832 Weimar, poet), Johann Christoph Sturm (1635 Hilpolstein - 1703 Altdorf, astronomer and philosopher),Aloys von Kaunitz-Rietberg[?] (1774 Vienna - 1848 Paris, diplomat),Hertzberger and Giovanni Alessandro Brambilla[?] (1728 San Zenone al Po - 1800 Padua, physician). Hidden are the depictions of Francis II (1768 Florence - 1835 Vienna, Holy Roman Emperor), Louis XVI (1754 Versailles - 1793 Paris, King of France) and William II of Orange Nassau [?] (1792 The Hague - 1849 Tilburg, King of the Netherlands).
