This listing is for one brand new and sealed (still in sealed shipping box) Artuitive Seinfeld’s Apartment complete with a small piece of an actual door from the Seinfeld set. I absolutely loathe selling this, but here we are. I hope whoever ends up with it will truly appreciate it as an amazing piece of American television history.
