Dinky Toys No. 617 Volkswagen KDF and 50mm P.A.K. Anti-Tank Gun set.  The model set is in complete, fully original condition with no touch-up or replacement parts whatsoever. The Volkswagen KDF is in near-mint condition.  Original now age hardened tires (including the hood mounted spare) are fitted to their original hubs.  Both front and rear registration numbers (WH-816120) are original and very legible.  Steering wheel in place.  Excellent baseplate and tow hook.  In all a near-perfect example.

The 50mm P.A.K. Anti-Tank gun is in fair condition.  Fully original with no touch-up or replacement parts.  The often missing 5W 204 sticker is in place and is original.  The issues with this model are the play-wear and that the firing mechanism is inoperative.  In all a fair example.

The original box is in truly excellent condition and very solid condition with beautiful full color illustration and box ends.  No shelf wear, but some crushing from where the models are placed as is typical.  Attached to the box are the six (6) original missiles for the anti-tank gun.  The perspex cover is a proper and perfect replacement item.  In all an excellent original box for this set.

In summary a splendid addition to your boxed Dinky Toys, Volkswagen or military vehicle collection.
