Amazing pair of antique eye glasses from the 1867, so they have been worn. These comes with an original case that has some wear issues as it has rusted, it was once velvet lining has deteriorated. But this can add to that rustic appeal! These glasses themselves are spectacular! There are small stamped with S's on the top leading me to believe these for safety purposes like a "Mad Scientist".

The frames are with an adjustable sliding ear stem with loop end. It ends 5.7". Wire rims are flexible. Temples are measured their full length, hinge to tip, as though they were straightened out. Why? Because they're adjustable, so measurements to the bend vary. Lens and bridge measurements are from lens edge to lens edge. Hinge to hinge is measured from screw to screw.
