CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel after making your payment, a cancellation fee of £180 will be applied.

We GUARANTEE that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the product we will offer a full refund within 14 days (unless specified). We will deduct ONLY our shipping costs unless the reason for return is through no fault of your own. (E.g. we will deduct shipping costs for incorrect sizes). Please check sizes of rings and bangles etc prior to purchase.

Please contact us directly initially if you have any concerns and we will try our best to resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible.  Notify us of your intent to return as soon as possible. Items must be returned in the same, unworn condition as dispatched, with original packaging and certificate where applicable. Items are inspected for condition prior to dispatch. 

If you receive a package that has been tampered with, please note this on the delivery receipt for our records.

All of our branded pieces have been inspected and will display a maker's mark, hallmark and serial number (when applicable). We guarantee all our products to be genuine.

All our pieces are professionally polished prior to dispatch and the condition will be described accurately including details of packaging and any original authenticity certificates. We do not display serial numbers in our photographs to preserve them as unique so please do not ask for this information.

If there is any question over the authenticity of any of our items, we guarantee a full refund including return shipping costs.
