The card itself has wear. It looks like the keychain might have a little wear from sliding against the paper, It might be able to be polished up if someone wanted this flawless.

I actually remember getting this as a kid and it getting thrown into a junk drawer I always thought the chip on it was the coolest thing. 

It has never been used but is not perfect. Please look at the pictures.
