LeCoultre Master Compressor Memovox Automatic Alarm Mens Wristwatch for
sale. Model reference is Q1708470 case
reference 146.8.97/1. It is part of the
prestigious 'Master Control' Jaeger LeCoultre line with the watches subjected
to 1000hrs testing. In addition it has
the compressor function for extra water resistance with its water-tight
'Compressor' lockdown mechanism at both of the crowns for winding and the alarm
functions. It even has an Inner Rotating
Bezel controlled by the crown at 10 o’clock position. Since 1956 the LeCoultre Memovox Alarm
watches has been a legend in Swiss watchmaking for its unique and useful
functions. Condition-wise the watch works well with time, date and memovox functions all functioning well. It has not been serviced so we do not offer any timekeeping or functions guaratee. For any pre-owned watch we recommend to have them serviced by a reputable watchmaker before the timepiece is put into regular use. Cosmetically it is in good condition with surface scratches to the highly polished case, caseback and buckle. There are also some small dings to the bezel and edge of the case/lugs. The leather strap does show some wear but in overall good condition still with much life left. The watch HAS NOT BEEN POLISHED so it is in great unaltered shape.
