It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, is very clean, and is table ready. It is straight, not bent, handle is tight and secure, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.
It is hallmarked on the blade side J.A. HECKELS BLADE GERMANY GORHAM STERLING HANDLE. This mark confirms these pieces come from the 1950 reissue, as the original 1895 issue has different hallmarks. Please make note of this if these hallmarks are important to you.
