This beautiful Singer is a 15K made in Scotland in 1914.

It will most likely have started life as a treadle table machine but like so many was later converted to electric drive.

This machine was clearly one that was taken back for a factory refurb with new black enamel and gold decals as well as a Sewtric motor, light and foot control.

The light wood base and case and the use of 'staple' style decals tell us that this was a post war conversion probably in the 1950's.

The machine is in fantastic cosmetic order but its only had a basic test as I don't sew myself. I plugged it in and pressed the pedal and it span into life and as the needle holder bobs up and down it will pull a piece of fabric through as it does, the light also works as it should.

Because of this limited test I will caveat the sale by saying it may require some attention, a service etc.

These are heavy well made machines and p&p with Royal Mail / Parcelforce will reflect this.
