On-the-auction-block ships the way we would like our purchases to ship, yesterday.  When an item is bid on the package is prepared awaiting an address which is printed shortly after payment is received.  The package is then picked up (the same day by the post office if the purchase occurs before noon) the next day otherwise excluding Sunday.  We average a three-day delivery time 99% of the time or sooner.  We do accept returns and if you are unhappy with your item, please let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
