This is a BARGAIN!  A 3 bedroom rented directly from the resort is in the $1500.00 TO $3000.00 per night range plus tax and the all inclusive is mandatory (ours is optional). 

 

Payment Options: If you are the successful bidder, as soon as I receive your payment, I will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name. I prefer that you make payment with any major credit card through Paypal.

General Information:  You are paying one price for the TOTAL number of days available.   As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner.  Your lodging is paid for by this auction, but the guest will of course be responsible for food, travel, entertainment and/or all resort usage fees imposed by the resort (currently the optional all inclusive fee at Hacienda Tres Rios is $184 per person per day, teens 13 to 18 years old pay $90 and kids from 6 to 12 years old pay $49) and any costs charged to the unit during the reservation including damage and repair fees.  Sorry, no pets allowed.  Smoking is permitted on the patio and balcony areas only.  The resort requires a guest confirmation be in the name of someone who is 21 years of age or older and present a major credit card at check in.  The dates for this vacation are fixed and can't be changed (although you can arrive later or leave earlier if you prefer).  If we have other reservations available at this resort, you may visit our Ebay store to see what else we have.  We will not respond to inquiries about changing the dates.  The purpose is not to sell timeshares.   WE DO NOT SELL TIMESHARES AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND A TIMESHARE PRESENTATION.
