All hats are shipped in a box, excluding beanies and other miscellaneous flat kept hats. Each hat is sealed in a plastic bag during order processing to prevent any potential water damage during transit.
All orders ship with tracking regardless of location.

Please note that we require all returned goods to be returned in the condition in which they were despatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item, we reserve the right to refusal of refund or a deduction from the return amount.
