Great deal for restoring old car radios or for hobby projects?

Used to work on old radios. No shop anymore. Hate to see wife have send to recycle/dump when I croak. Have other early Motorola part numbers. 
Important to know who made your radio. Most parts will not interchange. Parts were different for Bendix, Philco or Philips made radios.
