Size tag is missing but all other shirts I got from the original owner were tagged size L and had similar measurements.

23” length

Pit stains under both armpits. No type of stain treatment has been attempted.

With used vintage clothing expect possible fading, discoloration, stains, spots, paint, fabric pulls, fraying, rips, tears, etc.
