This piece is new with tag. It features a halter that ties at the back of the neck. There is a big black spider attached on the front. The dress ties in back at the waist. It is sheer on top can come open in back, so you may want to wear something underneath. It measures approximately 39 1/2" from the neck to the hem and 25" around the waist when tied at its tightest.  The straps in back at the waist can be tied loosely to make more room at the waist.
