This is one of the rarest Kenner Super Powers figures out there.  This 1986, 33 Back, Firestorm was put out along with the final wave of super powers figures.  Notice there is no offer on the front of the card.  There is no comic included which is standard for 1986 Super Powers figures.   33 figures are listed on back.
