An amazing artist named Lebba Kropp, in Texas hand sculpted each one of a kind Liebling AND made their fabulous clothing. They are sculpted out of a polymer compound and no two Lieblings are alike. Each one has a large old wood bobbin for a body. Each of her fairies comes with a little booklet that contains the story, the fairie's name, her signature and date. This fairie's name is Mr. Keepers.

A portion of the Liebling story is below;

"Somewhere in the space of time (not to be known to us mortals) there lived (or do now live) a very special group of elves, or fairies, as they are sometimes known" The fairies worked in the factory and were very mischievous. All of the the bobbins that weaved the fine fabrics of the world were made there at this factory. One day the guardian of the fabrics found out about the elves' mischief. "He cast a spell making the bobbin a part of each of them forever". They were found by a wonderful woman. When she heard their story she fell in love with them and named them and said "Auch, mein Lieblings" (this means little darlings)! She wanted to help them and began making them fine garments replacing their dusty garments. With their fine new garments the elves set forth into the world "to find new homes and weave lots of joy and happiness into the tapestry of life"
