Up for sale is a vintage children’s sweater. No tags inside.

White crew neck with front “naval air station Glenview ILL” print.

Sweater isn’t dated on print but because Illinois has 3 letters for abbreviation and not 2, it is likely dated pre 1963.

Item is preowned and has all over heavy wash wear and pilling. A bit shrunken all over and has been dried. Heavy yellowing to material. A few yellow stains and dark marks. Fading to print. Material a bit thinned out from wear.

Measurements:

16.25” across chest lying flat, measured from underarms

19” in length mid shoulder to hem

Sleeves are about 16” long from underarm to end
