If you motherboard has stopped displaying video out to your display but works with USB-C out, try to clear the CMOS first. If this does not resolve, then this is a motherboard issue and a new screen will not resolve your issue.
Please ensure that you check the cables on the LCD and your mother board and ensure they are fully seated and there are no bent pins on the flex cable.
