For TWO new 5k ohm caps and TWO NGK BP6ES plugs. Solid one piece bakelite body, brass internals. 7mm spark plug wires screw in the back, the nippple holds it tight. At the plug end, the rubber boot holds and insulates the connection from water and corrosion. These caps are excellent, I guarantee you will be pleased.
1000 ohm internal resistor is recommended for all the ELECTRONIC ignition machines from 1981 on, or earlier bikes that switched to points-less ignition. You simply want the best spark you can, and these are the best. Lighter, better looking, better working. Just screw these new caps onto 7mm ignition wires. No crimping-- improve your ignition in about 10 minutes.
Note: The caps accept the bare electrode, so you will need to unscrew the plug barrel at top.
If your airhead has electronic ignition, buy these. If you have points based airheads, other 1k ohm caps and plugs I have listed.
