Winds up and agitates but moves slowly and sporadically as it appears there is some friction preventing it from moving at its normal speed. Likely an easy fix for someone knowledgable. If tipped upside down it operates properly.  Red and white. Crack has been glues on side - see photos. No other wear or damage. Holds water. Wind up and agitator moves back and forth. Hose is used to empty water ad roller has a hand crank to wring clothes out. Measures 4.5 x 8". Clean!
