Unique Antique Korean Tansu Chest, also called Semi-Closed Chest. Originally used for rice storage when it was made. 

Now perfect used as a side table or as a blanket chest. Great original color - many shades of brown and wood tones with some burgundy tones. The top is made in 2 parts - the front half lifts up to access the inside. ( see photos). 

Made in the 1800's.
