Antique Chinese Silk Embroidery w/ A Phoenix Bird; Up for sale is the Chinese silk embroidery panel embroidered with a phoenix bird and butterflies, dated likely early 20^th century.

The embroidery panel in rectangular shape is embroidered at the center with a phoenix bird with deep blue wings. The rest of the panel is embroidered in a symmetrical manner at both sides of the phoenix bird with flowers and leaves to be surrounded by decorated funnels. Thus, the silk panel is composed of 5 parts. The whole embroidery is in a pale blue and brown shades, with a good match to the custom picture frame which looks new by using a plastic material.

Measures: Frame, 26 5/8” long x 10 1/8” wide x 1 ¼” thick; Silk panel, 20 ¼” long x 3 ¾” wide; Weight, 3 lbs & 13.4 oz (1.74 kg).

Condition: Good and clean, with some mild loose stiches without hurting the beauty.
