Postage

We offer a standard set of postage services on all our listings detailed below. We are always happy to offer other services, or avoid certain couriers, at your discretion and will only charge our buyers the costs directly incurred by ourselves – unlike many other sellers.

For international parcels, the quoted price on our listings is often more expensive than the cheapest service we can provide. Please contact us with your address and we will happily check if a better value service is available or a cheaper trackable service can be provided.

UK:

For customers requiring a tracked service always select Special Delivery – if you do not select Special Delivery always assume any form of tracking is not provided.

All our buy it now listings offer free domestic shipping with our auction listings offering great value on our standard shipping service. This service uses delivery methods which take between 2-3 days for delivery and, for items under £20, will be sent untracked using services such as Royal Mail 2nd Class or EVRI standard.

Expediated: For a small additional charge, we offer our expediated option using services taking around 1-2 days for delivery (using services such as Royal Mail 1st Class or EVRI Next Day). For orders under £20 this will be an untracked service.

Express: Our fastest service arrives next working day using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another express next day courier. This service will also be fully tracked.

Collection: Collection free of charge is available for all our listings. After payment please message us to organise collection. Please note that some items may be stored in different locations so always check the item location for each listing.

We also offer a wide array of other services and can cater for any special customer demands (such as requiring the use of a particular delivery firm) and can always offer discounts on postage however the customer must always contact us before payment to confirm charges.

It is always the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address and contact information. If the courier is unable to deliver the item, or for any other delivery issue, it is the responsibility of the buyer to organise a redelivery or collect from the depot. For any undeliverable item returned, as a result of customer related delivery issues, a restocking fee is charged equivalent to the cost of postage and any other sale related charges

International:

For customers requiring a tracked service always select International Tracked – all our other services have no tracking at all.

It is always the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address and contact information. It is the requirement of the buyer to check all customs charges (VAT, Import Tax etc) before purchasing. Unless stated at checkout, VAT is always paid by the customer when the parcel reaches the destination country. Import Tax is always the responsibility of the buyer along with any administration fees required to clear the parcel through customs. All parcels must be cleared with customs authorities by the buyer – we are unable to assist in any way. If the order is rejected by customs we are unable to provide a refund until the parcel returns to our depot. All orders returned by customs will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to our sales costs (such as postage costs).


Payment

Payment must be made through eBay checkout and we cannot accept payment through any other method. Payment options available through eBay include PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards and other methods. The one exception to this rule is for buyers collecting items in person in which case cash is accepted however we always prefer purchases to be paid through eBay.


Returns & Warranty

Buyer Returns:

Goods may be returned for any reason however we must be notified at least 15 days after the delivery of the item to the specified address. We may extend the return window up to one month after placing the order however this is dependent on individual listings. We must receive goods within a further 14 after notifying us you wish to return your order. We must receive the product back in the same condition with all accessories and no damage to the packaging. A discretionary restocking fee, equivalent to our outbound postage costs, may be charged. Return postage must be paid by the buyer and the buyer is responsible for the parcel until it is delivered back to our premises – we always ask buyers to ensure parcel insurance will cover the value of the item in case the return is lost.

Faulty/Not as Described Items:

If the item is faulty upon delivery of the order or the product differs from the description of the product we will always accept returns irrespective of the order date. No return fees will be charged and the return postage cost will be covered by us. Items described as faulty are not covered unless the description of the item varies from the real condition of the received goods.

Warranty:

Unless stated we offer no warranty on any of our products however we will accept returns up to 15 days after delivery of the item. We will not be held responsible for any damage our products cause and our return policy only covers the financial cost of the product upon order payment. Please use any product supplied by us at your own risk. Items described as untested must not be used unless inspected by a trained professional to ensure the safe operation of the item. 


Description & Photos:

Unless otherwise stated, we use stock photos for our listings which do not represent the physical product for sale. As a result, damage or wear may therefore not be represented accurately for used items. For some items the product which arrives may be of a different colour (i.e. white plastic cable rather than black) or the design of the product may be different (i.e. a circuit board which uses smaller components). Therefore, buyers must ensure they have read the entire description rather than relying on the listing images alone. Returns as undescribed will not be authorized for buyers who have ignore the item description. Please also note images may be distorted by your screen, camera lightning or eBay compression and as a result colours are never entirely accurate (sometimes a colour will appear a different shade to the actual product).
