This listing is for an Electro-Harmonix 16 Second Digital Delay Reissue from around 2004 and the associated foot controller. 

More of a loop pedal than a delay, the slider knobs will adjust various aspects of the recorded loop - the difficulty of moving these properly with your feet make it more of a tabletop pedal, so the foot controller is very handy to have in order to time loops and alter their parameters on the fly.

It is also capable of some delay, modulation and gain sounds by adjusting the pertaining sliders in bypass mode. Since the foot controller is pretty necessary in order to get the full potential of the pedal I am listing them together.

Not the same as the original model from the 1980s.
