 1 cancelled, slabbed, authenticated check of former Philadelphia Eagles owner AND former NFL Commissioner(1946-59), Bert Bell, this check is dated November 29, 1939, Bell co-founded the Eagles as well, check is made out to Philadelphia Rural Transit Company with a note "Payment in Full- Busses for Pittsburgh Pirates", in the amount of 39.00, authenticated by JSA and given a 9 grade by BGS, check is signed with his birth name de Benneville Bell, check is drawn on the account of the Philadelphia Eagles Pro. Football Club Inc,  just a cool collectible for an Eagles fan or historian of the NFL or Pittsburgh Pirates fan!!!
