Collectable 4 Highball glasses from now closed Longacres race track.
Description - Doo-Dah with Jockey Image.
Longacres Race track opened in August of 1933 in Renton, Washington and was the only sporting game in town for decades. Finally closing its doors in 1992 to make way for Boeing to build Corporate buildings, horse racing did not come back to Western Washington until Emerald Downs was opened in 1996 in the town of Auburn, just south of Renton.
These awesome high ball glasses depict the marketing slang for Longacres, with many Washington residents remembering the famous Doo-Dah advertisements on TV and in the Newspaper.
Clear glass with Yellow jockey with the Longacres logo beneath.
