This is an 3x5 index card autographed by Terry "Bud" Bulling, who made his debut in 1977 with the Minnesota Twins.  Bulling's date of death is March 8, 2014. The card has been pre certified by James Spence Authentication (JSA). From a Huggins & Scott auction of a lot of autographed baseball index cards that I was fortunate to win (see precertification letter).  I am selling the duplicates.
