Fortis Flipper Manual Wind Vintage 17 Jewels Men's Diver's Watch - Works. This watch has damage where the spring bar locks the band in place. It's broken off. Not sure if that can be repaired. So based on all that selling as is damaged, broken not working for repair or parts.
