This pair of black leather oxford shoes were worn belonged to a enlisted Marine Pilot in the US Marine Corps during WWII. The shoes are a size 8-1/2 W and were made in the United States. They are an original piece of militaria from the WWII era and have not been reproduced.  High quality shoe, parts of the sole was made by the "Good Year" Tire Company.

These shoes are a great addition to any militaria collection and are a tangible piece of history from one of the most important conflicts of the 20th century. The shoes have been well-preserved and are in excellent condition, with only minor signs of wear. They are perfect for display or for wearing as part of a historical re-enactment. These would look great in a “Footlocker Display “. I have listed some items from the Marine Enlisted Pilot who held the rank of Staff Sergeant.  I had looked up shoes here on eBay, a couple are listed for almost $300 and up BIN.  Shoes look lightly worn.
