Shipping Policy:  I ship every Monday using USPS priority mail.  I do not ship on major holiday weeks due to the increased mail volumes. Orders made after 4pm central standard time on Sunday evening will be shipped on the following Monday.  When temps are cold, I use heat packs, and when temps are hot, I use cold packs when I ship.  At NO additional cost to you.

** If temperatures are extreme in either my location or yours, I may hold your package until temperatures improve. If this is not acceptable, I will provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. **

ARRIVE ALIVE 100% GUARANTEE: If your fish do not survive the trip for any reason (delayed package, extreme temperature, or just a stressed fish) please contact me within an hour of delivery with a picture of the fish. I understand pictures in the bag can be hard to take.  If you can get one, that’s great. If not, it is okay to open the bag, pour the fish into a bowl and take its picture that wayI will refund 100% of your costs. The cost of the fish AND your shipping fees.

My fish breeding hobby: I breed fish as a hobby, this is not how I make a living. I feel that you get your best, healthiest fish from fish breeders instead of from pet stores or fish farms or importers. I decided to start selling my fish online to share my fish with the community, and I hope to offer fair prices and beautiful fish.
