Wow, here is a great antique miniature book about Persia for your buying consideration. Would make a great gift for a special occasion or keep for yourself!

A Buyer recently selected this item on one of our other online stores, but then decided to cancel the order before paying. So, the item is available again for your buying advantage!

This book will only be offered for a short time thru this distribution channel. If one of you does not acquire it, the book will be heading off to one of the high end auction houses that we utilize for our better items to consign it for sale. So, if you are seriously interested in acquiring this book before then, please contact us and we can determine a reasonable price for this special book. We all know what happens price wise when special/rare sought after items like this go to a high end auction house, let alone the 25% to 30% buyers premium that has to be paid on top of that. We have not found another one of these almost 400 year old books on sale online. So, seems to be a very rare book.

This miniature book is pretty amazing. Two books in one. The first book done in 1633 is about Persia. The second book printed in 1631 is about India.

This miniature book is 4.5" tall, by 2.25" across, by 1.75" wide. The first book within the book is 374 pages in length and the second book within the book is 299 pages in length. No mildewy smell to the book. The books are abundantly illustrated.

The book is still securely bond together. Probably rebound some point in time in the past. There is some minor foxing/brown spotting, but book is still in very good condition. The front and rear covers are still firmly attached to the book, certainly some loss of finish and the corners show wear. The covering on the spine is still in place as well. Some owners names and other notes on pages within the book in ink. There used to be clasps for the books, eye screws and plates still in place, but long hooks from front to back are not there. Immediate payment is required for items where the full listing price is paid.
When a best offer price is accepted, the sooner payment is made, the sooner your item will be shipped.

No APO/FPO delivery.

Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, based on the buyer's preference.

Shipped on the same or next business day following receipt of full payment.
UPS/USPS tracking number will be provided.

Shipping includes the cost of insurance, where applicable.
Special shipping requests can be communicated and agreed upon at the time of sale.

If an item is shipped to a country outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for any brokerage, tariffs, taxes, customs, or other charges imposed by that country. If you purchase or win more than one auction in which the items can safely be shipped together, we will send you a combined invoice.

We take great pride in is our wrapping to ensure that your order is safely shipped to you. You might find our shipping costs higher than other sellers, but it is due to the extra time, packing care, and materials we utilize. Of over 900 packages shipped last year, we had only two items with issues, a 99.8% damage free delivery rate. Keep in mind, we are not shipping soft goods, like shirts or pants. We are shipping vintage/antique items that are fragile and require special care.

We also obtain insurance on any item that was bought for $50 or more, and require signature on delivery for items that are valued at over $200. Plus we have to pay the 11.75% of the final value and shipping fees that eBay and PayPal charges.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted by seller within 30 days of receipt of item where an item is not as described. The Buyer will be assessed a 15% restocking fee of Item and Shipping Cost should they decide to return this item for whatever the reason.
Please note that a restocking fee is charged to to cover costs related to the loss of listing time and other potential sales, plus the amount of care and time that goes into preparing our unique and fragile items for shipping.
In accordance with eBay's Buyer Protection Program, the purchase price plus original shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer once the item has been received by the seller, minus the 15% restocking fee noted.
Buyer would pay for the return shipping cost and any applicable insurance cost (item is the buyer's financial responsibility until the item is safely returned to the seller by shipper).
