Has extra mouthpiece in the front pocket. 1x Molle II 1 Qt Canteen/ General Purpose Pouch - Has some fraying threads 1x USMC Pack Sustainment Pouch - Has some fraying threads and a white stain on the bottom of the pouch 1x USMC Pack Hydration Pouch - There is a scratch on one of the snaps on the back of the pouch 1x USMC PASGT Helmet w/ MARPAT Cover + Pads (Pads state Size 3/4") (LMCH Medium Large - Circumference of widest part of helmet = 28") 1x USMC Molle Leg Panel + 2 Add on Pouches - There are some loose threads that are fraying, and there are 2 pouches attached that look discolored from dirt 2x USMC MARPAT Radio Pouch 1x ILBE Waterproofing Bag - Assault Pack - Has some markings that appear to be splatters. 1x Combat Application Tourniquet - Unopened still sealed in plastic packaging. 1x IMTV/PC Repair Kit - This kit is still sealed in the plastic bag with tag but the bag has a hole in it that has allowed dirt residue to get inside the bag and stain some of the items inside the bag. May come out with a good cleaning. 1x USMC Lunchbox/Shave Kit???? - The inner compartments/mesh has some white dirt residue, there is a tear in the bottom pocket lining, some threads have frayed, and the zippers are a little difficult to pull.
