For wrongly purchased or no longer needed items a handling fee of 20% will be removed from your final refund to cover us for restocking of the item and the postage back to us.

For collection you have 3-4 days or until the first weekend , otherwise we will have to cancel the order !!

When returning goods, they must be well packed and in original condition, returning goods must be accompanied with an original invoice Please note we can't exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned and has been inspected.

Any painted items or items not in the original condition will not be accepted as a return and you may not be fully refunded.
