We test all of our iPads with official Apple diagnostics and benchmarking tools and let them run before we send them out to ensure everything is in working order.

All laptops have been restored to the latest iOS that it supports and that was released at the time of refurbishment. 

All of our iPads boot up to the new user setup like any new Apple iPad does so you can customize it the way you like!

We ship all of our iPads out within 1 business day, and are shipped via UPS Ground with Signature confirmation to ensure you receive your package!  Shipping time usually takes between 1-3 business days depending on your location.  A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.




We offer three different Conditions of our iPads


Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C, These conditions are purely cosmetic and will not affect performance of the laptop.  Below is a brief description of our iPad conditions. 


All iPads are given a 14 day "no questions asked" return policy and a 30 day hardware warranty.


All iPads are sent out within 1 business day or purchase and will be shipped via UPS with tracking with a signature required.


Condition Description

Grade A 

These iPads are the best that we have in stock.  They were kept in a fully sealed case since purchased and taken care of.  They look pristine from a short distance and have been well taken care of by their previous owner.  The outer case and screen may still have a minor scratch or mark on the device


Grade B 

These units are above average in appearance.  The outer case will have some scrapes or scratches and maybe a minor dent, but not very visible from a few feet away.  The glass and back case may have some deeper scratches on them, but still very minimal.  


Grade C 

These iPads are fully functional but have some noticeable "wear and tear"







Return Policy

Our Return policy is as follows.

14 day no questions asked return policy.  If you do not like your product for whatever reason you are able to return it for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee to cover initial shipping. Please pack the item well, we do test all items that are returned to ensure they are working properly and inspect serial numbers on all internal components.
