Damp staining to front cover and inside front cover, did not bleed into any other pages. 

Crease/light bend to booklet. 

Staple spine is sound with light rubbing.

Interior with all pages intact and complete with NO markings to any text pages. 

Normal yellowing/toning from age to interior.
